Meal Plan

This menu can used as a guide to show what option are available or be used as an idea to help get you out of your rut.

This sample menu should be used to give some ideas and not to be used as a daily option.
Breakfast
1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 banana
1 boiled egg
This breakfast will fill you up and give you the lasting protein that is needed to get you through the morning.
Lunch
1/2 cup tuna
1 cup fresh fruit (berries or 1 small apple)
1 piece of bread or 6 crackers
Tea or Water
This lunch will re-energize to help you power through the rest of your day.
Dinner
3oz Chicken or Lean meat (lean beef or steak - sirloin)
1 cup salad
1 cup green beans
1/3 c rice or 1 c diced potato

Snack
1 small fruit ) peach/nectarine/plum)
or
1 fruit pop
