As a Registered Dietitian (RD), it would be my honor to help you with all of your nutrition needs with an approach that is educational, encouraging, and that fits in with your daily life as seamlessly as possible.

I have struggled with eating disorders as well as disordered eating in the past, wanting to reach "the desired goal". This led to large amounts of stress and feeling not "good enough". One day I decided enough was enough and it wasn't my fault!
I have good news, t's not your fault! I will help you make more mindful decisions regarding your food options, through empowerment and encouragement. There is so much information that you are inundated with and are left confused, overwhelmed, and not knowing where to start. I get the privilege of helping you attain more knowledge of nutrition and become successful in your goals.
I have worked in a clinical setting for 15 years and during my time, I have come into contact with many people who have not had proper diet education which has resulted in health problems and unhealthy relationships with food. As your dietitian, I get the privilege and opportunity to bring my knowledge to you along with my past experiences to help you reach your goal, take the stress out of deciding what to cook for you and your family. My passion for cooking also allows me to help you find alternatives to everyday items as well as substitutions. Together, we can help you reach your goals and help you get your nutrition questions answered as well as inspire you to learn about the role food plays in your daily life.

I have been a Registered Dietitian for 10 years after attending the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. I have had the opportunity to write menus for many different diets, including renal, diabetes, heart health (low sodium) as well as different cultural foods.
